Upcoming EEAI Events: 

Growing Up WILD with Therkildsen Field Station at Emiquon: October 10th, 10am to 2pm, Lewistown. Join EEAI facilitator Christa Christensen for a half day workshop centered on Growing up WILD programming for early childhood. Workshops are free, but advanced registration is required. Participants will receive a personal copy of the activity guide, a certificate of completion, and ISBE PDH if applicable.

Fall eeCourses: October 19th – December 5th, Moodle Online Platform. eeCourses are top-quality, competency-based courses on specific topics across the breadth of environmental education. EEAI offers these courses to provide continuing education to Illinois educators no matter where they are located. Earth Force Educator Training: October 23rd, 9am, Randolph County Farm Bureau Building, Sparta. Come learn about the Earth Force process and get ready to lead and implement environmental action projects in your school, nature center, or other education space. Winter Native Seed Sowing with The Nature Institute: November 5th, 5:30-7:00pm, Zoom. Do you want to learn how to start your native plant garden this winter? EEAI Facilitator Training: December 2nd, 9am, Lewis University, Romeoville. This all day training will prepare you to join EEAI as a volunteer Facilitator! Learn more about our facilitator network here. Get trained to teach on Project Learning Tree and Project WILD in your community.
