University of Illinois Extension provides research-based education – programs, tools, and knowledge – that support our local community environmental, conservation and natural resource needs. Programs include:
• Youth environmental and natural resource projects and events through 4-H and Ag in the Classroom
• Landowner education in managing wildlife habitat, forest resources, and water quality
• Volunteer community service through the Illinois Master Naturalist and Master Gardener programs.
